Home Team Fitness Communities

Home Team Fitness Communities (HTFC) are comprised of volunteers who engage in exercise activities together. Whether National Service Full-time, National Servicemen, or regular officers, participation is entirely voluntary and on an adhoc basis.

These self-directed exercise activities aim to enhance safety by fostering a sense of community among participants, where they can collectively look out for one another rather than exercising alone.

It is important to note that these self directed sessions do not count as organized training conducted by training units within the Singapore Civil Defence Force, Singapore Police Force, or any Home Team Departments. Furthermore, the self-organized sessions under HTFC are not endorsed or authorized as fitness events by any of the Home Team training departments.

HTFC sessions simply serve as a means to promote an active lifestyle by enabling participants to connect with other individuals in their vicinity who share a common interest in exercising together.
