Hi, I'm Terence. I've been on a journey just like you, once excused from IPPT and even failed IPPT once in 2013. Shortly after the failed attempt received a letter to attend 20 RT (NS FIT) sessions. But I embraced that moment as a personal challenge, a turning point that ignited my desire to overcome failure and to see how far I could go on my journey to improve my fitness. Today, I stand here with an enthusiastic, hopeful heart, knowing that I can encourage and support you on your own path to developing your fitness in a safe manner with the resources at IPPTREADY.COM.

Pick a challenge for yourself now and form a plan to achieve it. Focus on just one area of fitness. Perhaps it could be as simple as running 2 to 3 km every other day or doing 3 sets of 10 push ups before your daily shower.
