Results are the fuel for greater action.

Making a different personal decision to challenge oneself and to take consistent action precedes getting results. Focus on encouraging a dedication to fitness and encouraging action, results will follow.

Imagine if you sat next to a friend during ICT, he is 10kg lighter, no longer failing IPPT, he looks sharper and has to request for a new uniform as the old is too loose. That's a really inspiring experience, that process of transformation probably started many months earlier.

Results act as a powerful catalyst, propelling us towards greater achievements. When an officer is exercising more regularly, muscular strength improvements will become the result. This leads to greater confidence in attempting IPPT and leading to an ultimate increase in organizational fitness.

We can actively seek out officers who have made significant improvements in their health & fitness and interview them. In our pursuit of documenting and sharing success stories, we can draw inspiration and motivation from those who have made significant strides in their fitness journeys.

With their permission, we can share their stories in words or video to inspire other NSmen to challenge themselves towards greater fitness.
