My focus on creating an immersive and engaging experience is why audiences resonate with my keynote presentations. Having a background in music, I often bring my music instrument to add more variety, fun and entertainment to my keynotes.

Fit Formula Assessment: For those taking positive actions for their but not seeing results or unsure of the best way to start their health transformation, this tool will save you hundreds of hours of trial and error. The assessment provides a great starting point towards making better health decisions.
4. Goal Stacking: This innovative method enhances traditional goal-setting, significantly boosting motivation. It’s a quick, impactful segment of the presentation, taking just 3-5 minutes.
5. T15 Workout Technique: A unique, low-impact workout that’s easy on the joints. It takes 15-25 minutes, ideal for home setups with minimal gear. It has a very high safety profile because of the controlled and deliberate exercise movements. Post keynote, our audience members can participant in these sessions online in our free T15 Challenge.
At 19, I was fit. In my national service, I served as former Deputy Officer Commanding in Singapore's Special Operations Command.
However, after completing my 2 year National Service, like many others, I experienced a dramatic fitness decline, leading to my first IPPT failure in 2014. (IPPT is an annual fitness test that all uniformed officers in Singapore are required to take)
That moment of failure sparked my awareness of the poor state I was in and also my eventually journey back to health.
Now, with extensive certifications in health, nutrition, and fitness coaching, I've crafted a unique method to empower others in their fitness journeys.
My keynote speaking do more than offer exercise tips; they're about boosting motivation and integrating fitness into personal and professional life for holistic growth.
