Engaging in exercise is not only a personal endeavor but can also be a delightful communal experience. When you become part of a supportive community, the path to fitness becomes smoother and more enjoyable.

Embrace the opportunity to bond and stay fit with your friends and family through shared physical activities.

We recently launched the Home Team Fitness Communities (HTFC), where you can connect with fellow NSF, NSmen, and regular officers.

These communities offer invigorating 50-60 minute workout sessions, comprising both strength training and cardio exercises. By clicking here, you can explore the various locations and choose the one nearest to your home or workplace.

NS leaders possess the power to lead by example and inspire NSmen to take decisive action. By participating in and leading these fitness sessions, you can encourage others to join you on this transformative journey.

Participants are divided into two categories: Buddy FIT, designed for those who are working towards passing their IPPT, and General Fitness, tailored for those who are already eligible for IPPT.

For NS leaders, there are two exciting ways to get involved:

A) You can join an existing event organized by your respective Home Team Fitness Community. Simply refer to the provided Google Sheets or join the main chat in Telegram/WhatsApp to connect with other participants. This might be your preferred choice if you are attempting your own NS FIT sessions.

B) Share the date and time of your planned workout session within your own Home Team Fitness Community. This way, fellow members can indicate their availability and join you for a workout.Each community has its own unique "culture" and preferred workout timings. Take the time to immerse yourself and explore your specific community. This might be your preferred choice if you are attempting to pass IPPT.
